You will find a “cancel this order” link in the confirmation email for your order. Click the link to quickly and easily cancel. If your order has not already been started in our production department, we will cancel it and you will receive a screen confirmation immediately. You will also receive an email confirming the cancellation.
If the order has already been started and we are unable to cancel it, your screen will message “I’m sorry, your order could not be automatically cancelled. Please contact customer service for any additional assistance.” In this case, the order was not able to be successfully cancelled because some part of the order had been started.
