Setting up a Studio-Fulfilled Price List in imago gives you full control over your pricing and order fulfillment, allowing you to manage products, pricing, and production in-house. Whether you're offering custom prints, specialty items, or digital downloads, this step-by-step guide will walk you through creating a price list tailored to your studio’s needs. Follow along to ensure a seamless ordering experience for your customers while maximizing your studio’s profitability.
1. From the left-hand menu, go to Market + Sell > Price Lists, then select "+ New Price List" on the right hand side.
2. Name your price list, select the "Studio" option from the order fulfillment dropdown, and click "Create New Price List."
3. If you need to charge sales tax, shipping, or other charges, you can set that up under "Order Features."
4. Any backgrounds or other pose options, such as styles, poses, or color flavors can be set up under "Pose Options."

5. If you are offering a build your own package, add these under package options.
6. On the next page, you will add your packages. First decide if you want to require a package purchase before other items.
7. Click "Add Package" to begin adding your packages:
8. Enter your package details and options, then save. Repeat for each package you want to offer:
9. Select any package options, such as image download, background selections, poses, etc. The available options may depend on the pricelist features you set up on the previous tab.
10. Add any product questions specific for that package, such as wallet personalization:
11. On the next page, click "+Add a la carte" to begin adding your a la carte products:
