1. The main menu can be found on the left hand side of the screen. You can hide or show it using the toggle controls.
2. Right hand user menu has some useful quick links. Click on your studio name to expand the menu.
(1) View the account you are signed into.
(2) Find an order.
(3) Send an individual link to your customer outside of the normal campaign.
(4) Jump to your user profile, access the help center, or log out.
3. Across the top is an overview of account statistics - Number of active organizations, active projects, people, images, orders, revenue, average dollar amount per order, and revenue per person.
3a. You can change the period of time you want to view.
3b. Depending on the user role, some users may not have visibility to sales information. These are marked by a user icon. These statistics are only visible to account owners and administrators.
4. The Sales and Marketing graph is an overview of how many broadcasts were sent, how many were opened, project clicks, project logins, orders, and sales over a period of time. Sales are only visible to account owners and administrators.
5. Coming Soon - list of events that will occur in the next 7 days, which sale they are in, photo day date, and when the sale ends.
6. Orders waiting for Studio Action - Project, number of orders, and how long they have been waiting. This will list projects that have unprocessed orders for 14 days or more.
7. New Orders is a list of your 10 most recent orders with details about the project, sale, customer name, order number, and revenue.
8. Latest Projects is a list of projects created in the last 7 days, the number of logins, orders, and the picture day date.
9. Create a New includes a few quick links to Create a New Organization, Pricelist, or Promotion.
10. Did you Know... This is where you can stay up to date with imago development and activity.
