How to create a promotion within an imago pricelist

You can create a promotion that is only available during a certain initial sale. 

1. Identify the portion of your project when you want to offer the promotion (for example, you may only want to offer the promotion during presale). 

   

    

2. Expand the project timeline to make sure you are working with the correct pricelist. Click the link to go to the pricelist.

   

    

3. Under the order options, go to the promotions section and click "+ Add Promotion."

   

    

4. Give your promotion a name.

   

    

5. Choose whether you want to configure your promotion as a certain dollar amount off or a percentage off.

   

    

6. Enter the value (dollar amount or percentage).

   

    

7. Enter the codes you will use for the promotion. Separate multiple codes with a comma (no spaces).

   

    

8. Set the maximum number of uses, or leave it blank for unlimited.

   

    

9. Decide how you want to apply the promotion: to the Entire Order, Each Subject, Cart Subtotal, or Shipping Amount.

   

    

10. Set the minimum order value required for the promotion to be valid.

    

     

11. Click "Save Promotion."
