The hhimagehost team works very hard to protect your account. The way you normally interact with some of these security measures is to enter your username and password to access your hhimagehost account. And likewise when you’ve remained logged in and dormant for an extended period of time. There is also an added level of security that we allow you to put in place. That is the accounting security passphrase. This added passphrase provides an additional level of security to your accounting settings. Once the accounting security passphrase has been added to your account, anyone wishing to view and/or change your accounting settings must first enter the correct passphrase before being given access to the accounting settings. Adding an accounting security passphrase takes about 2 minutes to set up. Below are the step by step instructions walking you through the process.
1. GO TO SETTINGS
Once you are login to your account, go to your settings.
3. CLICK ON ACCOUNTING SETTINGS
Click on the accounting settings link to the left of the settings.
4. ENTER A PASSPHRASE OF YOUR CHOOSING
You are responsible for remembering this passphrase. Do not make is something that is easy to guess.
5. CLICK ON THE ADD PASSPHRASE SUBMIT BUTTON
After confirming the passphrase, click the Submit button to commit the changes.
6. PASSPHRASE REQUIRED WHEN RETURNING TO ACCOUNTING SETTINGS
Now the next time you or someone from your team returns to the accounting settings, they will be required to enter the passphrase before viewing or changing your accounting settings.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTING SETTINGS CHANGES
In addition to adding security to your accounting settings, once an accounting settings passphrase has been added, you will also unlock the features to restrict access to generate accounting reports and change the dashboard sales graph to show quantity of orders instead of total sales.
TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNTING SETTINGS PASSPHRASE
Use the same interface on the accounting settings page if you wish to ever change the passphrase to something else.
