- When using macOS Ventura for the first time, whether it’s a brand new computer or while transitioning to Ventura from a previous operating system, there are a few recognized installation issues that may occur
- At the top-left part of your screen, click on the Apple button and navigate to System Settings
- If an error message appears while downloading, telling you to move the file into the trash:

- On the left side of the window that appears, scroll down to Privacy & Security
- On the right side of the same window, scroll down to Security and select “App Store and Identified Developers”
- If there is a third option saying “Install Anyway”, select that option to complete your hhschools download
- If you have already completed the hhscools download, but the software is not responding to your input:

- On the left side of the window that appears, scroll down to Privacy & Security
- On the right side of the same window, scroll down to Files and Folders
- Locate and click on the hhschools download folder
- Click the toggle switch on the right side of “Documents” to grant hhschools access to your computer’s Documents folder
- You may need to enter your administrator password before switching the toggle
