An Organization in Imago is a collection of related sales events for a customer such as a school, district, or league. Each organization will then contain a collection of projects that pertain to that organization. For example, a school might be set up as the organization, and would contain projects such as fall picture day, winter sports, yearbook sale, and prom, etc. The power of the organization landing page is so that a school can have one place where all of those projects can be found. The steps below will show how to create a new organization and set up the landing page for that organization.
1. From the left hand menu, choose "Projects" then "Active Organizations." Here you will find all of your active organizations.
2. To create a new organization, click the "+ New Organization" from the top right.
3. Enter the organization name, and a URL suffix for the organization. Click create.
This takes you to the organization details page where you set up the look and feel of the organization landing page.
4. Upload an image to use for search results, and a cover image for the organization landing page.
5. Download the organization QR code to be use for printed marketing materials, such as signs and flyers.
6. Click to expand the "Organization Page" section.
7. Enter the information that you want to display on the organization landing page.
8. Preview in desktop, tablet and mobile formats.
9. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"
10. Scroll back up to the top and click "Preview Organization Page" to see how it will appear to your customers.
