What design level will my flyer design fall under?

If we touch no product at all, it is a level 1 design. All text adjustments fall into the level 1 category. 

If we touch products, but they are image only or within the same product themes as are originally on the flyer (from stock, or from the customer’s flyer on file), it is a level 2 design. Also, if you adjust KO backgrounds, we will be adjusting product so that will also be a level 2 design. 

If you change products outside of image only or the product theme, the flyer design is a level 3 design. (Examples: You adjust the Fusion Pro prepay flyer to include Impact Pro products; You adjust the Chalkboard proof plan to include a Sage Tweed product)
