I left comments on my proof, why have I not received an updated version yet?

You should receive an updated proof of any design within 1-2 business days. If you have not received it, please check your proof. Communicating changes is a 2-step process. If you enter comments on your proof, you must also click “Make Decision” at the top of the proof and choose “Changes Required.” We will not adjust your design until you submit “Changes Required.” This allows you to enter a proof, leave comments, exit the proof, and come back to it later to add more comments if needed.
