Incorporating images into your marketing emails can significantly enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness. By utilizing your media library, you can seamlessly add and manage images, ensuring consistency and professionalism in your campaigns. This tutorial will guide you through the process of adding images to your marketing emails using your media library, helping you create more engaging and impactful communications.
1. To add or change images in your email broadcasts, you will need to upload your images to your media library. You can either pre-load your images ahead of time, or you can add them while editing the broadcast.
2. To pre-load your images, go to "Settings" > "Watermark + Media," then click "Manage Your Media Library."
3. Under "Upload new Media" drag in your images, or click to select from a folder.
4. Your images are now uploaded to your media library and ready to use in your email broadcasts.
5. Go into the broadcast you want to edit, and click "Get Image" to open your media library.
In the desktop view, it will be at the bottom of the page.
In tablet or mobile view, it will be on the right hand side.
6. Your media library will open in a new browser tab. Click the "..." above the image you want to use, and select "Copy URL to clipboard." You can also upload new images here if you didn't already pre-load them.
7. Go back to the broadcast editor, click the image icon, paste in the image URL, and click "Insert."
8. Your new image is inserted to the body of the email.
