How to Send a Special Broadcast from a Project in imago

1. From the dashboard, go to "Projects" > "Active Organizations" and open the project you want to send a special broadcast for.

2. In the Marketing section click the button for "Send Special Broadcast.

3. Choose who you want to send the message to (Prospects, Leads, and/or Buyers - available options might depend on where your customers are in the marketing campaign).  Choose whether you want to send the message through email or text message (for text, you must have text messaging enabled in your account).

4.  Edit the subject line, and create your email broadcast using the available tools.

5. If using text messaging, create your text broadcast.

6. Marketing keywords are included near the bottom of the page for reference. 

7. You can include any additional email or phone numbers that are not already included in your prospect list (optional).

8. Click "Send Special Broadcast."

9. You will see a confirmation once the broadcast has been queued.
