Personalizing your marketing broadcasts by editing emails and text messages is crucial for engaging your audience effectively. In imago, you can customize these communications to align with your brand's voice and campaign objectives. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to edit the email and text message content in a marketing broadcast, ensuring your messages resonate with your target audience and enhance your marketing efforts.
1. Select the first broadcast to begin editing.
2. Name the broadcast, and adjust any triggers you want to change.
3. Edit the email subject line, and the body of the email using the available tools.
4. Be sure to preview your email on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile to confirm everything is formatted as you like.
5. To change or add an image, click "Get Image."
5a. A new browser tab will open your Media Library. Locate the image you want, click the "..." and select "Copy URL to clipboard"
5b. Go back to the broadcast editor, click the image icon, paste in the image URL, and click "Insert."
5c. Your new image is inserted to the body of the email.
6. To personalize the broadcast, use "Marketing Keywords" to pull in specific project data, such as Project URL, Project Name, Picture Day Date, etc.
7. Edit the broadcast for SMS text messaging.
8. Send yourself a test of the broadcast.
9. If everything looks good, click "Save."
