1. There are two ways you can find an order - either from the user menu on the right hand side, or from the "Orders" section from the main left hand menu.
1a. If you know the participant's name, you can click on the user menu on the right hand side, enter their name, and click "Search."
1b. If you do not know the participant's name, and need to search using other criteria, select "Orders" on the main menu, and expand the "Find an Order" section.
2. The orders page will open displaying the order details, including order number, date, project, participant name, etc.
3. If you need to change the status of the order, check the box next to it, and use the "Change Status" dropdown fields below it.
4. To view the details of the order, click the order number.
5. This opens the order summary, customer information, accounting details, and the actual customer invoice.
6. If you need to download a copy of the customer's invoice, click "Download PDF."
7. If you need to refund the order, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Refund Order" to begin that process.
