This article shows what parents see when they pick a yearbook pose, so you can walk a school or a family through it. Parents choose from their student's gallery on accessmyevent.com, and their pick is saved even if they don't place an order.
What parents do
-
The parent logs in with their access code and adds their student.
-
imago tells them right away that they can pick their yearbook photo and asks if they want to choose it now. They tap Yes.
-
They look through their student's poses (they can use Compare photos to see them side by side) and tap Use in Yearbook on the one they like best.
-
That's it. The pick is saved, and a yearbook icon shows on the chosen image.
-
From there they can keep shopping like they always do: pick a package, choose a background, add extras and check out.
Common questions from parents
Do I have to buy something to choose a pose?
No. The pick is saved even if you don't place an order.
Can I change my choice?
Yes until the deadline, by tapping Use in Yearbook on a different image.
What if I don't choose?
The studio picks the pose for you.
I tapped No on the popup. Can I still choose?
Yes, open any photo and tap Use in Yearbook before the deadline.
Text you can send to schools and parents
