After the yearbook pose deadline passes, download the report of every image parents picked. You'll import this file into hhschools.
Download the report

Go to Reports > Order Fulfillment and scroll to Yearbook Pose Selections.

Choose your project in Project Name, then set the Starting on date and Through date. A preview shows every image parents picked, with the date selected and the image name.

Click Request Full Report. The report appears under Reports Request in the last 24 hours. When it's ready, download it from there.
Tip: Check the preview a few days before the deadline to see how many families have picked and send a reminder while there's still time.
Tip: Projects past their sale move to the Archived Projects tab in this section.
