Once you've downloaded the yearbook pose report from imago, import it into hhschools. hhschools matches each parent's pick to the right image and tags it YB. Then you send the tagged images to H&H as a yearbook export.
How it fits together: turn on yearbook pose selection in imago, parents choose a pose, you download the selections, then import them here.
Before you start
- Use hhschools 5.20.0 or later.
- Open the same hhschools project you sent to imago for this school.
- Back up the project first: Project > Backup Project.
Import the yearbook pose selections

Go to Project > Image and Data Imports > Import Yearbook Pose Selection and select the report you downloaded from imago.

hhschools tells you how many images it tagged. Click Close.

Every pose a parent chose now shows YB next to the image number.
Tip: If the count is lower than the number of picks in imago, check whether any of those images were renamed or deleted in hhschools after you sent them to imago.
Send the yearbook export

Filter the project to the tagged images. Set Tag(s) to yearbook and click Apply. The filter panel shows Image has tag yearbook.

Go to Project > Create Service Item Order.

Confirm the order is created from the filtered images by clicking OK.

In the Service Item Order, open the Yearbook Exports tab.

Check the PSPA yearbook standard that the school's yearbook company needs, for example PSPA Yearbook Standard 640x800.

In Web Delivery, enter the contact's name and email and the school name so the files go to the right place, then click Save.

Click Complete and Prepare order. Review the order summary and click OK.

Choose Upload Order Now to send the order to H&H.
