How to Turn on Yearbook Pose Selection in imago

Yearbook pose selection lets parents pick which picture day image goes in the yearbook, right from their gallery. You turn it on in the project's proof sale and set a deadline. After the deadline, you download the picks and import them into hhschools.

Turn it on

1. Open your project in imago and expand Timeline. Find Proof Sale Begins and click it to expand it.

   

    

2. Click the edit icon on the right side of Proof Sale Begins to open Proof Sale Details.

   

    

3. Under Yearbook Pose Selection, turn on Ask customers to select a yearbook photo until, then pick the deadline date and time.

   

    

4. Optional: turn on Only allow images available for yearbook selection if you only want parents choosing from certain images. You mark those images as available in Image Details.

    

5. Save your changes. 

Tip: Pick a deadline that gives families time to look but still leaves you room before the school's yearbook deadline. You'll need time to download the picks, import them into hhschools and send the yearbook export.
