How to Check the Order History for a Student in HHschools

Are you a volume schools or sports photographer using hhschools and need to check the order history for a student or athlete? In this video, we'll show you how to access and review the order history for an individual in hhschools, step by step.

First, we'll walk you through the process to locate and review the student's order history, either by image or subject ID how to login to myaccount.hhcolorlab.com.

We'll also explain how to search through the order history to see the details for any package or service item orders that contained that image or subject ID.

By the end of this video, you'll know how to access and review the order history for a student in hhschools as a photographer, and provide fast and accurate service to your clients. So, let's get started!

• Right click on an image in hhschools and select either “Order History - Subject Image” or “Order History - Subject ID”
• A new tab/window will appear, directing you to log in to your H&H account

• Once logged in, you will be directed to the Order History page, which will show you every order that image is present in, depending on the image you initially selected

• Clicking on “Shipped” under the Status column will direct you to the order page. Clicking on the orange Order Number on the right side of the page will the direct you to the order details page, showing the contents of the order and the dollar amount
