- With a project already open, go to the top-left section of your screen, click Project, and then Setup and Reports
- In the window that appears, locate and click on the “Group Project” box
- Another small window should appear. To do groups manually, select “Will Build Groups Manually”, and then click continue
- The window should change. Click Add to create a new Group for the project, and then type in the name of the intended group before hitting Enter. Create as many groups as needed, and then click Save at the bottom of the window (as well as in the window after that)
- From here, select the range of images you would like to group together (Left Click, and then Shift+Left Click on another image). When your desired images have been selected, hover over the Action Toolbar and click the Change Group ID Association icon.
- A familiar window should appear, with the groups you’ve already created from before. Select to highlight the group you’d like to assign these images to, and then click Select
- Right-click on the team image (the image that has the entire group together) and select Set As Group Image
- Repeat the last three steps as many times as needed until all groups have been assigned
- To check your groups, go to the left side of the screen and select Group Wizard. In the window that appears, you can review each group with the Next and Previous buttons, with each group image visible in the bottom right side of the window
