How to Backup Your HHschools Project

As a school photographer, the photos and products you create are a valuable asset to your business. That's why it's important to have a backup of your hhschools project to ensure that you don't lose any of your hard work in case of a technical issue or unexpected error. Three possible ways to back up your projects:

1. Backing up a single project

• In the startup screen, click Manage Projects
• Select the project you want to back up

• At the bottom of the Manage Projects window, click Backup Project
• Another small window should appear. At the top you can select whether you want to make a High-Res or Low-Res backup, while options are provided to determine what exactly you’d like to back up. When finished, click OK

• A navigator/file explorer window should appear, which will show you where the backup will be saved. If you want it saved in a different location on your computer, change it here. After that, click Save at the bottom

       2. Alternative method for backing up a single project

• With a project already open, go to the top-left section of your screen, click Project, and then select Backup Project
• A small window will appear asking if you wish to continue. Click Continue

• Another small window should appear. At the top you can select whether you want to make a High-Res or Low-Res backup, while options are provided to determine what exactly you’d like to back up. When finished, click OK
• A navigator/file explorer window should appear, which will show you where the backup will be saved. If you want it saved in a different location on your computer, change it here. After that, click Save at the bottom

          3. Backing up multiple projects

• In the startup screen, go to the top-left section of your screen, click Project, select Backup All Projects Now, and then select whether you want to save High-Res or Low-Res backups

• In the window that appears, select which projects you would like to back up. If you would like to simply select all projects, click Select All near the bottom of the window
• Once you’ve selected what projects you want backed up, click Backup to start the backup process for each selected project
